RESPONSE: Dear Violette,
Stress, lack of sleep can affect your health in general and too result in hair loss, or lack of hair growth. Based on the information you received, you may want to change your lifestyle allowing for more rest of body and brain.
Castor oil is good to take to assist your condition internally or externally. You may also wish to try beeswax externally.
Simple household items such as apple cider vinegar, olive oil are also recommended. Apply one cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with 1 ½ cups of water on your scalp in order to get rid of bacteria and dead skin cells that block the pores where hair grows.
Massage is critical at all times, and to assist in this you can massage with flax seed oil.
Some of these in their natural form, can be sent to you.
Of course for the low iron, you need to address this. If you hate tablets, try eating more green leafy vegetables – an unbeatable source of iron.
